In this role, you will blend your design expertise with a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts to visually communicate complex ideas to a diverse audience. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content that not only captivates our audiences but also educates them on the importance of cybersecurity best practices.nDuties and Responsibilities:nnDevelop visually engaging and informative graphics, illustrations, and infographics to convey complex cybersecurity concepts in an accessible and appealing manner.nCollaborate with cybersecurity experts to translate technical information into compelling visual content that educates and raises awareness for the topic given.nDesign and produce multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive presentations, to effectively communicate cybersecurity principles, threats, and best practices.nDesign visually appealing materials and create content that communicates cybersecurity expertise.nExpertise in technical writing and graphic design while also coordinating various aspects of business development materials.nResponsible for having the dual role of developing content (including technical content) and designing it effectively, covering both the writing and graphic design aspects.nCoordinating and managing various documentation needs for business development, encompassing technical writing, graphics, and formatting.nStay current with industry trends to incorporate cutting-edge design techniques and technologies into multimedia content.nEnsure consistent branding and visual identity across all cybersecurity-related materials, maintaining a cohesive and professional image for all of Zermount's initiatives.nContribute to the development of comprehensive cybersecurity content strategies, including blog posts, social media campaigns, and educational materials.nCollaborate with subject matter experts to create content that addresses current cybersecurity threats, industry trends, and best practices.nConceptualize and execute cybersecurity awareness campaigns, leveraging design skills to create visually impactful materials that resonate with diverse audiences.nDesign and format proposal documents, presentations, and other materials to ensure they are visually compelling and aligned with client requirements.nConduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging cybersecurity threats to enhance content quality and relevance.nTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content engagement, lead generation, and client satisfaction.nStay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.nPerform other projects and duties as assigned.nnQualifications:nnA minimum of 5 years of direct support for the US Government serving as a Graphic designer, multimedia arts, visual communication, or a related field.nProven experience as a Graphic Designer/Content Creator, preferable with a focus on cybersecurity-related projects.nDemonstrated portfolio showcasing a strong proficiency in creating visually compelling graphics, multimedia content, and user interfaces related to cybersecurity.nProficient in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and multimedia editing software.nExperience in IU/UX design for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.nAbility to create engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive presentations, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.nExperience with video editing, motion graphics, and 3D design is a plus.nStrong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts through visual elements.nExperience working closely with technical experts and translating technical information into accessible and compelling designs.nMeticulous attention to detail in design work, ensuring accuracy and consistency in visual elements and adherence to branding guidelines.nCreative thinking and a keen eye for design, with a demonstrated ability to bring innovative and original ideas for content creation.nnEducation:nnMinimum of a Bachelor of Science (or higher) in one of the following: Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Visual Communications or a related field.
