Position Overview:
Are you passionate about technology and problem-solving? Do you have a basic understanding of Salesforce and want to grow your career in CRM administration? This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in Salesforce management. As our Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our CRM system while working with cross-functional teams to enhance our business processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide first-level Salesforce user support, helping employees troubleshoot basic issues.
- Manage user accounts, profiles, and security settings.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts to support business needs.
- Assist in data management activities like imports, updates, and ensuring data quality.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for various teams.
- Support integration with our NetSuite ERP system as well as other software and applications.
- Collaborate with business teams to improve processes using Salesforce functionalities.
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides to empower team members to use Salesforce effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-4 years of experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce platform functionality, including workflows, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards, and Data Loader
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or willingness to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude, eager to learn and grow in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with complex Salesforce orgs supporting multiple business units
- Experience with Salesforce AppExchange apps such as FormAssembly and Conga Composer.
- Basic knowledge of integration tools like Mulesoft
