Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting in the Consumer Electronics, OEMs, Telecom, Apps, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with hardware, software, and cloud technologies, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Understanding of the PC industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Ability to develop and execute complex strategies, focusing on long-term business growth.
- Ability to negotiate and close high-value agreements with major partners.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at the C-level.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for PC OEM partnerships, aligning with Google's overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with key executives at major PC OEMs, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Drive business and market share expansion for ChromeOS and other Google products through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
- Cultivate a growing ecosystem of partners, including hardware manufacturers, software developers, and distributors and lead complex negotiations and close high-impact agreements with partners.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of partnership professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
