Job Title: Executive Sourcer
Location: UK, France, Switzerland (Remote/Home-based)
Position Summary:
The Executive Sourcer plays a key role in identifying and attracting top-tier leadership talent for Director, Senior Director, General Manager, and Vice President level roles. The primary objective is to collaborate with the Executive Recruiting Manager to deliver a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates within agreed timelines while building a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
The Role:
Strategic Sourcing: Design and implement tailored research strategies to identify a diverse candidate pool for each requisition.
Candidate Identification: Utilize various channels including networking, online databases, social media, contact lists, internal Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday), and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates efficiently, ensuring up-to-date CVs are collected and relevant candidate information is recorded.
Screening: Conduct thorough initial screenings to capture key insights and assess candidate suitability.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records within the Workday system.
Strategic Advisory: Provide recommendations on the best sourcing channels to optimize candidate generation efforts.

The Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Two or more years of experience in recruitment with an emphasis on candidate research. Recruiting within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical sector is highly desirable.
Ability to create and implement creative approaches for sourcing candidates outside of conventional hiring practices.
Fluency in both French and English is necessary. Speaking German will be beneficial but not essential.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Workday is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to deliver high-quality results quickly.
