Job Overview & Responsibilities
- Leads continuous improvement projects that drive efficiency and reduce waste across Launch Operations.
- Utilizing supply chain management best practices, optimize logistics processes and lead innovative improvements throughout operations.
- Responsible for managing multiple technical projects over lifecycle, from initiation through closure. This includes project planning, execution, monitoring, and recommendations for subsequent iterations.
- The project management specialist works with stakeholders to assemble a cross-functional team and facilitates communication across groups.
- The project management specialist charters projects to include definition of scope, project objectives, and roles of each team member.
- Specialist effectively communicates, coordinates, collaborates, and informs all stakeholders including end-users, distributors, suppliers, and others within the value stream.
- The project management specialist ensures adherence to quality standards, systems engineering processes, and attainment of project deliverables by managing risks, issues, and opportunities identified during planning and execution.

Bachelor
Required Years of Experience
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field from an accredited college or university
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in operations, manufacturing, production, planning or logistics function in support of a technical product or service
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in high-rate manufacturing setting.
- Prior experience working in fast-paced operations or service setting.
- Prior experiences in logistics, inventory management, hospitality, cruise line, or theme park industries.
- Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, MiniTab software
- Previous experience supporting operations-focused continuous improvement projects
- Familiar with Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma principles
- Project/Program Management Institute Certification
