Job Overview & Responsibilities
As a Program, Planning & Control (PPC) Financial Analysis Leader, you will manage a group of PPC specialists that executes the enterprise financial budgets, estimate at completes (EAC) and manages the contractual terms for cost plus and fixed price contract EACs. Key tasks will also include:
- Strategic business partner with the production team with a focus on recurring cost execution.
- Lead a PP&C team that manages work authorizations, the monthly business cycle, performance measurement, metrics development, interpretation/financial analysis, communication of results, manage risk and opportunities, and supports internal and external senior management reviews.
- Deliver results in executing within financial budgets, estimates at complete, and contractual terms.
- Develop and support strategic cost transformation activities to achieve enterprise cost reduction goals.
- Grow and develop team in all aspects of PPC. Communicate expectations, set accountability, empower and enable the team to position them for success.

Required Years of Experience
Minimum of 6 years of related work experience
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or relevant field of study from an accredited college or university.
- Must have a strong background and experience in Cost Management.
- Must have demonstrated the appropriate communication skills to interact successfully with all levels of management internally as well as with a unique customer.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize program and customer requirements, execute on personal and company commitments and deliver results on time in a demanding environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of capabilities in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding and experience with Deltek OPP and Cobra
- Strong understanding and experience with SAP planning capabilities
- Active knowledge of SharePoint
- Apply knowledge/application of EVMS techniques
