Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented professional for end-to-end systems setup and onboarding of customer contracts. Serves as subject matter expert for upstream/downstream business units as well as internal team members. Completes upfront analysis for all contracts to ensure compliance and requirements checks are complete and customer/opportunity is ready for implementation. Responsible for accuracy of systems setup.
Job Description
Processing Enterprise Sales contracts by setting up all Enterprise Systems/onboarding requirements and handing off sites/projects to Service Delivery.
Responsible for end to end process of onboarding Enterprise customers into systems and maintenance of the system.
Performs general root cause analysis for internal process gaps.
Sales to Ops Turnover Preparation and validation for all new SOW’s and amendments.
Launching serviceability (quoting) for all off-net broadband Customers.
Enterprise renewal processing within Enterprise systems.
Onboarding Scopes of Work into Smartsheets for Field Services execution.
