We are looking for a
Senior Enterprise Account Director to join our team as a trusted adviser with a relentless focus on bringing value to our customers within the Enterprise sector.
You will be responsible for helping our customers effectively engage with our solutions Hiring & Learning. You will be dedicated to making our customers stronger and seeking out opportunities for growth. Although you possess a strategic approach to selling and strive to meet/exceed revenue goals, you will always have your clients’ best interest in mind and act as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.
Responsibilities:
- Plan & Prioritize Book: take a data driven approach when prioritizing accounts, identify revenue path, map stakeholders & consider economic or industry external pressures when crafting your account strategies
- Apply Solution Expertise:
- Maintain a high level of product expertise across the full LinkedIn Talent Suite (Talent Intelligence, Recruiting, learning and Engagement SaaS products & features).
- Have a deep knowledge of competitive solutions in the market
- Multithread accounts:
- Build meaningful relationships with multiple stakeholders across customer’s organizations
- Establish executive-level relationships in CAC40 accounts
- Drive Sales:
- Secure renewals by mitigating churn, renew and grow current customer product baselines
- Drive net new revenue streams by selling cross selling products available within your portfolio
- Uses data and insights to support investment recommendations or overcome customer objections
- Collaborate internally:
- Engage and coordinate cross-functional partners (Customer Success, Sales Specialist etc)
- Team Projects:
- Initiate, Lead or Participate to internal company-wide projects.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of applicable sales experience
- Ability to establish executive-level relationships in CAC40 accounts
- Experience in HR consulting or HR strategy
- Fluent in English & French
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing projects
- Analytical skills
- Experience leading customer presentations with multiple stakeholders (+10 participants)
- Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
- Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
- Ability to orchestrate the closure of business with an accurate understanding of prospect needs
- Ability to include multiple partners and members of the company management team using competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirect competitors
