The Opportunity:
KBR are currently seeking Expression of Interest from aTechnical Service Engineer Lead (L3).
As a Technical Service Engineer Lead (L3), you will be leading a level 3 team of subject matter experts that is responsible for providing technical expertise for our clients various environments and providing L3 incident management within their ITSM toolset
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to:
Provide L3 Technical Support and administration via clients ITSM toolset within the Service health indicator (SHI’S) timeframe
Proven experience in IT Technical Lead position, preferably in a similar role, with a strong understanding of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
Third Party Vendor Engagement
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, both verbal and written.
Participate in client projects when required
Develop and Update standard Operating Procedures (SOP’S)
Develop and update Detailed level design
Participate in out of hours activities as required
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
Essential:
Demonstrated knowledge & Experience in Microsoft Server 2016 products and integrated technologies
Demonstrated Knowledge of Trend Micro APEX
Demonstrated knowledge of Veam Backup solutions or similar
Demonstrated knowledge and Experience in Active Directory & Identify Management Services
Demonstrated Knowledge & Experience in Vmware Vsphere 7
Proficiency in advanced scripting
ITIL V3/V4 certification
NV1 security clearance is required
