Job Title: Amazon Graphic Designer
We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company focused on product development and operations on the Amazon platform. We are currently seeking a creative and responsible designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent visual design skills and be able to provide high-quality packaging design, listing image design, A+ content design, and brand image design for our Amazon products.
Responsibilities:
- Packaging Design: Design innovative and market-driven packaging based on product characteristics, target customer groups, and brand positioning. Ensure the design is visually appealing and compliant with Amazon’s standards.
- Listing Image Design: Create high-conversion main and supporting images that accurately convey the product’s selling points and advantages, increasing click-through and purchase conversion rates.
- A+ Content Design: Responsible for designing Amazon A+ content, integrating copy with visual effects to enhance product display, strengthen brand image, and optimize the customer purchasing experience.
- Brand Image Design: Design unique images for brand identity and key selling points to increase brand recognition and market influence, helping products stand out in a competitive marketplace.
- Market Trends and Competitor Analysis: Keep track of market and competitor design trends, and continuously optimize product visual presentation by incorporating the latest e-commerce design concepts.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, operations, and marketing teams to ensure design consistency with brand strategy while meeting user needs and market trends.
Requirements:
- Design Experience: At least 2 years of design experience on e-commerce platforms, with preference given to candidates with Amazon private label design experience.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other mainstream design software. Experience in 3D modeling or rendering is a plus.
- Visual Creativity: Strong visual expression and creative design thinking, capable of producing visuals that align with brand positioning and attract customers.
- Amazon Rules Knowledge: Familiarity with Amazon’s specific requirements for images and A+ content, with the ability to design and optimize according to Amazon’s standards.
- Project Management: Excellent time management skills, capable of efficiently completing multiple tasks within deadlines and adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills, able to clearly understand the needs of the product and operations teams and provide effective design solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of e-commerce user behavior and data analysis skills to optimize designs based on data.
- Experience in brand building, helping companies establish a unique brand identity.
