The Supply Chain - Analyst will perform a comprehensive audit of all Forward and Reverse Logistics service provider invoices utilizing vendor backup documentation, internal OFS tools, and contractual service fee agreements to ensure accurate billing, and timely payments. The analyst will also serve as the primary POC for invoice issues resolution, and internal escalations. Responsibilities include creation of inter-org inventory transfers orders required between the reverse logistic supply chain service providers. In addition, they will utilize the service providers Key Performance Indicator (KPI's) reports to prepare and publish a daily dashboard that will be utilized by management to monitor and address service level performance issues during weekly calls.
One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
A degree.
Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Strong math skills, the ability to multitask, excellent organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Oracle Finance Service , Noetix.
