About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Systems Trainer who will be responsible for creating, developing and delivering Systems training to support one of our flagship contracts within Estates Intelligence.
The role will be reporting into the Training & Support Services Manager and will be responsible for team for onboarding, cross skilling and systems user training primarily across projects and BAU.
In this role you will need to be comfortable building relationships and engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption of our systems while maturing internal capabilities across the team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop, update and implement new and existing training materials/modules to support customer adoption.
- Provide subject matter expertise guidance to the Estates Intelligence teams through knowledge sharing.
- Document processes and maintain knowledge bases disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain all relevant training matrices for Estates Intelligence.
- Conduct process reviews as part of training material development and/or updates to ensure alignment and agree as appropriate with project stakeholders.
- Mentor Training and Quality Assurance Operators to ensure knowledge sharing and succession planning.
- Participate in the development and improvement of systems training tools and techniques.
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong knowledge of training and quality methodologies, processes, tools, and techniques.
- Training agility to support different training approaches. Incl. in person, workshop, 121, virtual, videos etc.
- Produce and implement post training competency tests and refresher training as required.
- Experience with train the trainer approach to ensure scalable training capability across customer network.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in mentoring or supporting team members supporting our team of team’s culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including training material and delivery skills.
- A proven ability to articulate basic to complex training with trainees.
- Experience in being able to adapt to different learning styles to support adoption and learning.
- Demonstrable proficiency: Ability to adopt sufficient knowledge to develop and deliver training.
- Instructional design: Ability to design effective training programmes and materials.
- Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills to engage and motivate trainees.
- Problem solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during training sessions.
- Train the Trainer: Experience training the trainer to enable onward training within customer teams.
- Experience working with CAFM applications, specifically Concept and Atlassian, Jira (Desirable)
