Throughout the 9-week paid Global Client Experience internship, there will be inspiring opportunities that welcome you into the Schwab culture and immerse you into your role. The interactive program focuses on a variety of opportunities which feature a business track project, an intern cohort project, learning activities, volunteering in the community, a dedicated intern leader, networking, and exploring your unique personal strengths! In this role, you will learn how to translate data into insights to inform business strategy and prioritization, distill large data sets into leadership ready reports/presentations, influence peers and manage up and how to get things done through other people/cross-functional business partners across a variety of channels. If you are passionate about gaining insight into Schwab’s Global Client Experience this is the role for you.

What you have
As an intern, it’s not about what you know, it’s about what you are willing to learn. We’re seeking passionate students who are ready to own their Early Talent career and have the courage to ask “why”.
Required Qualifications
- Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program
- Have enough credit hours to put you at a junior level status at a 4-year college or university
- Have not already completed your bachelor's degree
- Able and willing to relocate at your own expense if relocation is needed
- Ability to work full time and be on-site at one of the Schwab locations during the 9-week program (June 9, 2025 to August 8, 2025)
- Able to start full time employment during business hours between August 2025 - September 2026
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Data & Analytics or related major
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with examples of opportunities you had to utilize those to achieve a purpose
- Strong MSOffice skills particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Analytical skills
- Ability to connect disparate information to tell a story
- Have a sense of curiosity; want to know the “why” behind the “what”
- Desired, but not required: fluent in Chinese and/or Spanish
