Job Summary:
The Associate Manager, Event Production Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of event projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves managing all aspects of event production, coordinating between internal communication teams and stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality events. The role requires attention to details, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect:
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events and projects including but not limited to town halls, business meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Develop and maintain detailed production timelines and event run-of-show schedules.
- Work with internal teams to align event objectives and ensure that all content and production needs are met.
- Manage relationships with internal production teams, catering, facilities, and support teams.
- Oversee vendor deliverables and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure all vendors meet project milestones, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Assist in tracking creative service spend for video and graphic projects related to events.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring that all event elements are executed as planned.
- Coordinate event logistics, including registration, stage setup, technical production, and vendor setup in partnership with internal teams.
- Identify potential risks to project timelines, budgets, and objectives, and develop contingency plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the planning and execution of events.
- Ensure smooth on-site event operations, addressing any last-minute challenges promptly.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, including performance reviews and budget reconciliations.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, project management, hospitality, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in event project management or related roles.
- Strong project management skills with experience in handling large-scale events.
- Proficiency in project management, Workfront
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Budget management experience.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, as required by event schedules

The salary range for this role is from $83,400.00 to $124,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
