What does a great Team Lead Do?
This B2B sales position is responsible for New Business Development - selling our proprietary point-of-sale solution, Clover, via inbound and outbound call efforts, with some in-person solicitation. You your team will generate their own opportunities through assigned lead lists, networking, as well as in-market prospecting. Your team will have complete end to end ownership of the entire sales cycle. This is a player/coach role, where you will both contribute to and oversee the pipeline of business, negotiate terms and move the various opportunities throughout the sales cycle and close the sale.
What you will do:
- Onboard, train, develop and performance manage a team of sales representatives.
- Contribute to and manage the team in meeting and exceeding the organizations sales revenue targets, both monthly and annually.
- Sell, propose, and negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, with ongoing coaching and consistent follow up
What you need to have:
- Minimum 4 years sales experience
- Bilingual French & English
- Experience in merchant services and/or POS SaaS is required
- Post-Secondary Education
