What does a great Contact Center Support Specialist do at Fiserv?
You will work directly with customers and have an opportunity to troubleshoot remote deposit and digital check scanner products. You'll have frequent contact with external customers, vendors, and internal team members. What you will do:
• Provide escalation level technical support.
• Respond to inquiries that are highly complex in nature and diagnosing issues.
• Support application, IT hardware and software products.
• Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps.
• Own issue resolution and coordination with external resources including product development and external software and hardware partners.
What you will need to have:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role
• Experience installing and troubleshooting software or hardware
• High school diploma or equivalent
What would be great to have:
• Experience providing support via remote desktop
• Knowledge of firewalls and drivers
