Description:Prepare and coordinate the modeling and re-engineering of the Integrated Master Schedule for new or existing programs and support the integration of the Integrated Master Plan into the Integrated Master Schedule. Status program schedules, identify problem areas, investigate off-schedule tasks, establish and document corrective action. Using applicable project management tools, implement network logic and measurement methods to perform critical path and risk analyses. Communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable stakeholders. Implement, maintain and manage planning products in support of planning processes, including contracted work, proposals, and “what if” scenarios. Perform independent network analyses resulting in reports and metrics. Conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management. Maintains and coordinates vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the Integrated Master Schedule, and the Program Summary Master Schedule. Generate narratives supporting schedules for customer proposals and Program Management. Represent the company when answering customer questions regarding program development and schedule details

Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
Experience in integrated program planning/scheduling
Experience in writing project plans and coordinating with individuals at various levels within the program/company
Desired Skills:Excellent communication /interpersonal skills
Experience in problem resolution
Direct Program Scheduling experience including Critical Path Methodology (CPM) / network scheduling experience.
Knowledge of AMMM/C-130 Manufacturing/Fabrication, and Engineering processes.
Ability to teach others, showing the impact/value of the group’s products / services.
LEAN or Six Sigma training or certification.
Project or Program Management experience.
Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
