Digital Delivery Lead
The Office of Risk Management (ORM) Digital Delivery Lead spans functional roles that provide principles, methods, tools, and techniques for effectively managing work as defined in a Statement of Work or Project Definition. Individuals in this discipline are required to estimate a work effort, develop project plans, monitor progress against a plan, adjust resources, and deliver a quality product. They balance client expectations against RSM’s contractual delivery obligations and manage resulting budget, scope, and schedule issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Service Delivery Management and Quality Assurance:
- Verify business requirements are clearly defined in each scope of work.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the Delivery Methods being used by the ORM capability teams - approach, phases, concepts, and techniques.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of digital projects relative to their designated ORM service capabilities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Work directly with ORM Service Leads when a project is approaching a 10% +/- risk of missing key project milestones.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Oversee the ORM team members assigned to projects.
- Exemplify a team leadership role of one who will manage, and mentor a team of professionals to deliver high-quality digital services.
- Encourage and inspire a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with ORM Service Leads and develop relationships with key stakeholders of a designated project and ORM IT.
- Enhance the integration of O.R.M. systems to enable a seamless user experience.
- Act as a single contact point relative to the support and execution of the ORM solution's delivery.\
Strategy and Planning:
- Contribute to the development of digital strategies and roadmaps.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
- Become familiar with the required activities, work products and deliverables for the business process, organization, data, application, and technology dimensions.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Monitor service performance metrics; provide monthly regular reports to ORM Digital Leadership and Service Leads. Use data to inform decision-making and service improvements.
- Coordinate with ORM Operations Support for templates of reporting in providing a consistent messaging format.
- Ensure plans are measurable and reported upon.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science,
- or related field and/or a technology focused MBA.
Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), Program Project Manager, or an equivalent
TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS
Required
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including high-impact client-facing communications.
- Ability to work successfully in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Highly self-motivated and directed character can effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to apply theoretical concepts and best practices to solve business problems.
- Basic understanding of IT application lifecycle and methods.
- Basic understanding of Data Privacy regulations.
- Basic knowledge of software development and scripting languages.
- Core competencies include business requirements definition, project management, business process re-engineering, business intelligence software design and implementation, ERP implementation, or merger/integrations.
Preferred
- Strong data manipulation skills utilizing Excel, including database knowledge (Microsoft SQL, and/or Access knowledge is plus).
- Developing and implementing RPA solutions with alignment to RPA best practices and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations.
- Providing ongoing support for existing RPA clients.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze details and summarize significant amounts of data.
EXPERIENCE
Required
- Minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience working in a large organization, professional services firm, or CPA firm.
- Prior experience and technical skill using Process Automation tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blueprism, and UiPath.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in developing and implementing RPA enabled-technology solutions based on business requirements and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations.
- A proven track record of successful project delivery within F5000 companies or a similar resume in the SMB space working with CXO/Owner.
- Must have experience delivering IT consulting services/solutions many of which encompass strategy, people, and process, technology, and infrastructure components.
Preferred
- Experience with any or all of the following highly desirable: ERP, CRM, financial reporting, portal, accounting systems.
- Previous experience with operational process reviews and basic internal control requirements.
- IT Services Management.
- Understanding and demonstrated experience working with multiple clients.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $100,000 - $171,100
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
