Core Responsibility:
Maintains OPW workplace safety culture, addressing all safety concerns toward goal of zero incidents.
Leading shift meetings -level 1 daily Gemba board.
Assist in training shipping level 1 or 2 employees.
Assist in production activities where needed on the shift.
Act as SME for shipping processes and resolve issues that interfere with efficient operational workflow for the teammates as they occur.
Reconcile operation reports as needed.
Safely and accurately pick, pack, and load products for shipment as needed.
Perform audit of shipments prior to shipping as needed.
Maintain accurate inventory.
Utilize electronic shipping equipment such as scan guns and computer.

Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
Associate degree or High School Diploma and a minimum of five years warehouse experience, (Shipping, Receiving, Logistics).
Ability to read/write/comprehend English.
Detail Oriented.
Proficient computer skills (Excel/Windows) (Pivot Tables)
Proficient in Oracle inventory, and shipping functions.
Ability to operate material handling equipment and computer scan guns.
Must have effective communication – verbal and written, communication skills – clear, concise, and positive.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds periodically.
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time, stand and walk intermittently throughout the day and be involved with shipping activities on the warehouse floor throughout the required shift.
Must be able to sit/walk/stand for up to 10 hours a day and be involved with shipping activities on the warehouse floor throughout the required shift.
Must have a positive attitude & be committed to achieving business excellence.
Must be self-directed to work independently as well as possess the ability to work in a team environment.
Work Arrangement : Onsite
