Descripción del empleo
- Retail Development expert and ambassador for internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible of maintaining and expanding the relationship between Universal and key retail accounts across Latin America (buyers / marketing teams)
- Head of the channel & account strategy
- Project pitching and sales process leader
- Identify growth opportunities on existing accounts
- Develop retail media support plan for major merchandise programs and campaigns
- Cross category DTR process management
- Collaboration with the category teams (Fashion & Living and Food Beauty & Care) in connection with Product Development for product strategy alignment
- Partnership with Toys & Hardlines for a strategic approach with master toy licensees
- Support licensees on retail joint meeting presentations
- Internal cross functional work with Franchise Marketing to elevate the consumer experience.
- Storecheck reporting / Competition and best practices analysis (benchmarks)
- Execution / Operation of retail programs:
- Planning, budgeting, production and implementation of all retail activities and execution logistics
- Coordination and management of 3rd party agencies (design, activation, POP material)
- Purchase information / bookings / sell thrus and sell out analysis
- Overall project management
- Follow up and coach licensing agents across Latin America in all retail development initiatives (opportunities, white spaces, pitching, ideas, retail marketing materials)
- Control, management and smart execution of the retail / trade marketing budget. Focused on maximize the ROI across Latin America
- Lead quarterly direct costs reviews with the finance team
- Vendor management process (new vendors set up, POs, payments)
- POS Data analysis, reports and actionable initiatives
