As a member of the Universal Products and Experiences team, the coordinator will report to the LATAM Licensing Manager and her/his main responsibility will be the entire contract’s administration process. More specifically, the responsibilities are the following:
Main activities:
- Responsible for reviewing deal memo alignement with the negotiation.
- Support on Deal Management process: Primary contact with the operations, finance and legal teams as well as LATAM agents. She/He will be responsible to make sure that the deal memo has the exact negotiated information to be loaded into CRM/RSG systems.
- Make sure that all deals are loaded correctly into the systems and track them across the entire process, with the different teams (legal, credit, finance, operations).
- Follow up with the agents, on pending documentation and/or deliverables tied to the contract’s administration process.
- Support collections team, whenever a royalty report, collections, retentions & invoice is missing / need to be updated.
- Support on compliance process.
- Responsible to follow up agents forecast compliance once she/he receives forecast updates from finance team.
- Creating and setting up new licensees.
- Support with the on-boarding process to new members of the agent’s team about systems and processes (CRM/RSG).
- Jira tickets management process
- Responsible of follow up on Retail/Franchise initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of targeted presentations.
- Analyze as requested financial reports and information.
Requisitos
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent administration skills coupled with the ability to balance and prioritize work coming in.
- Proactive and solution focused oriented with high attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrable ability to research and source ad hoc information independently.
- Assertive Communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Fluent English (oral and written) is necessary.
- Analytic skills.
- Strong PC/Mac skills with Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel (PIVOT TABLES), PowerPoint and Keynote.
- Ideally licensing expertise.
