The Campaign Traffic Sr. Analyst plays a critical role in the trafficking and administration of creative assets that run on Lowe's Paid and Owned media weight. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of Lowe's advertising in market and is the last touchpoint before distribution to media partners. In addition to ensuring all specs, variations, instructions, and messaging are correct, this position is the liaison between internal creative, media, and outside agencies/media partners.
What you will do
- Lead and manage a global team of trafficking specialists and analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Accountable for the delivery of final creative assets to distribution platforms according to their specifications.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external media agency partners the ensure specs, messaging variations creative campaigns run efficiently.
- Interface with vendors and agencies to communicate deliverable updates as well as creative updates and changes when necessary.
- Verify and approve Radio recording estimates and budget forecasting, with the approval of the Creative Campaign Operations Manager.
- Oversee the collection and distribution of creative metadata to assist in quarterly analytics and reporting.
- Establish and enforce trafficking workflows, guidelines, and best practices to streamline processes and optimize efficiency globally.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on trafficking processes, tools, and technologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Lead a team of internal and external partners in the modernization of traffic and asset distribution workflows.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in trafficking and digital advertising, and share knowledge with internal teams to enhance capabilities and drive innovation.
- Verify video asset uploads and tagging in the Digital Asset Library (DAL) with accurate metadata.
- Send TV commercials for final network clearance. Review and confirm networks receive any necessary substantiation materials.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Broadcast, Communications, Content, or Digital Marketing and 5-7 Years General Marketing Experience
- 3-5 Years Broadcast traffic experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years Comcast AdFusion experience
- 1-2 Years Agency experience
- 1-2 Years Aha! experience
- 1-2 Years Digital campaign set up and management
