This role reports to the Product Director and requires a detailed-oriented approach to ensure that strategic imperatives are delivered in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company's vision and values.
- Provide in-depth product and competitive analyses for use in both product strategy and sales / marketing positioning.
- Maintain product documentation including Product Requirements Document using Systech standard templates.
- Own and manage the product roadmap.
- Manage the backlog of product requirements through input from customers, prospects, partners, Sales, Customer Support, Engineering, Marketing, external market trends and competitors.
- Develop detailed functional specifications for software development readiness or work with respective product owners to drive creation of such specifications
- Ensure adherence to Systech product development process
- Define acceptance criteria at high level requirements level and ensure adherence to quality upon feature delivery
- Work with engineering to develop sprint and product increment delivery plan and oversee delivered against the plan
- Prioritize enhancements and roadmaps.
- Drive product launch plan deliverables to support sales, marketing, and technical departments.
- Manage direct reports (if applicable)
- Stay up to date with relevant industry standards
- Answer product-related questions from the commercial, business development, marketing and external Business Partner organizations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or technology, or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of Track and Trace domain in pharmaceuticals market.
- Working knowledge of supply chain, order to cash flow, procurement to pay processes
- Knowledge of supply chain business processes including distribution, logistics, warehousing, and serialization is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in US business hours is required
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-task environment
- Curiosity to expand technical knowledge and learn new things.
- A persuasive writer, capable of defining a product’s vision and market requirements. (the art of the possible).
- Ability to communicate with executive management and at a technical level to engineering resources.
- Ability to work in an unstructured problem-solving start up like environment
