Lowe's 2025 Summer Internship Program offers a challenging, project-based opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to enhance their understanding of the retail business world through valuable, hands-on experience with a FORTUNE® 50 company. The internship will provide broad learning, experience, organizational knowledge, and business acumen. We are looking for:

The summer internship program begins with orientation on May 27th and concludes on August 1st. All internships are paid opportunities. Qualified interns will be eligible for Lowe's housing benefit.
Merchandising Project Planning Internship:
The primary objective of the Merchandising Project Planning team (MPP) is to support the market introduction of new products and selling materials, by providing best-in-class project planning, management, and execution services. Working hand in hand with our merchandising teams and our field partners, MPP teams are highly skilled in identifying project scopes, developing timelines, providing status reporting, leading risk mitigation, and prioritizing day-to-day tasks across the enterprise.
Areas of Learning:
Process mapping and Standard Operating Procedure development.
Developing key performance indicators and benchmarks of excellence.
Integration of process, procedure, and performance metrics with existing technology.
Overall: develop a 360-degree understanding of how strategic intent translates to operational reality in our stores.
Education and/or Experience:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, workforce management, workforce analytics, project management, business administration or related fields from an accredited university with expected graduation dates of December 2025, May 2026, December 2026 or May 2027
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA is required
Proficient in MS Office Programs (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong collaborative, innovative, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are required
Relevant internship and experience is a plus, as is experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization
