TAR Static Planner
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for the planning function of the all approved static equipment jobs included in the turnaround scope.
Make a site visit to verify scope of work and location of the work, access needed, lifting requirement, insulation removal
Identify turnaround activities, estimate resources, durations, establish precedences, as the main input for the scheduling.
Identify needs of assisted access (scaffolding, man-lifter), insulation removal as preparative activities for the static equipment related works. Notify to the Scaffolding Planner
Identify flanged joints to be hot-bolting during the pre-turnaround phase; prepare hot-bolting plan
Prepare and identify the BOM
Can read the equipment drawing
Work closely with the execution contractor to ensure his complete familiarization and commitment with the turnaround plan, which will be a key factor for the sucess of the turnaound.
Prepare Work Instructions, Lifting Plans for the static equipment works under turnaround scope.
Identify critical lifting operations tor require a comprehensive rigging study.
Assembly the Work Packages DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: B.Sc. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Work Experience: Minimum 5 years maintenance and turnaround experience in an oil and gas context with at least 3 year’ experience in a turnaround planning role.
Skills:
Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry
Experience in turnaround planning practices.

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Proficient in Primavera
Proficient in verbal and written English.
