Position Summary
The Regional Admissions Representative is the first impression that a potential lead interacts with. A lead’s overall first impression is based on several factors to include enthusiasm, trust in the product and its outcome, credibility and presence of the Admissions Representative, and trust and connection with Airstreams Renewables, its mission, and values. As an admissions representative, you are charged with generating new leads. A part-time RAR is expected to serve in this role no more than 20 hours per week on average. The part-time RAR works remotely in a specific region.
Essential Functions
The essential functions of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Operate within federal and state regulations at all times.
- Adhere to Airstreams admissions policies and procedures.
- Lead generation to introduce the program to as many potential candidates as your territory can generate following the SOP guidelines.
- Attend all in person events established by installation or created by marketing department for lead generating events.
- Generate personally developed inquiries and referrals.
- Recruit both military and non-military candidates/applicants who are interested and qualified to attend Airstreams course offerings.
- Forward all activity to Internal Admissions Advisor so she/he can enter into the database management system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Satisfy all database activities assigned to you on scheduled dates with detailed notes on status of applicant at the time of completed activity.

- Knowledge of the consultative sales approach including making recommendations, identifying and overcoming objections, and closing the sale.
- Ability to travel on behalf of the company to meet goals and objectives.
- Strong computer skills including use of the Microsoft office applications.
- Well groomed, presents a positive company image.
- Treats others with courtesy and respect.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Desired Skills and Knowledge
- Recruiting for post-secondary educational program.
Education and Certification Requirements
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Required: Legal ability to work in the United States.
- Required: Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background/motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Required: The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain a drug-free status.
