PC&C Shift Supervisor
CSO COMMISSIONING SHIFT SUPERVISOR
·Responsible for creating various CSO specific procedures.
·Will work directly with CSO Subject Matter Experts to develop procedures (e.g., LOTO, leak testing / inerting, dry-out, etc.) Reports to CSO Superintendent.
·Develops Standard Operating Procedures for operator of equipment and work activities.
·Responsible for safe and effective utilization of all materials, equipment and personnel assigned to the department in support of plant operations.
·Responsible for providing timely Oversite of craft personnel required, which includes support of all craft shops, transportation vehicles, heavy equipment and vehicle operators.
·Implements, maintains or changes work schedules of personnel assigned to them.
·Responsible for implementation of the Permit to Work system during pre-commissioning& Commissioning, start-up, and initial operation.
·Develop the Permit to Work Procedure and ensure that is implemented and all pertinent procedures are followed and readily accessible to the Team.
