Assistant Task Order Manager
The Opportunity:
An effective program requires an Assistant Task Order Manager (ATOM) who is passionate about solving complex problems associated with the program lifecycle. It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus. That’s why we need you, a seasoned manager who can ensure our client achieves success.
As an Assistant Task Order Manager on our team, you are the full-time on-site Task Order representative dedicated to the Task Order Manager and has corporate decision-making authority. The ATOM serves as the alternate point of contact with the Program Manager for all technical requirements in the Task Order. You are responsible for developing and implementing training programs that align with the mission objectives outlined by the client, ensuring that all personnel are adequately prepared for their roles. This includes coordinating with our team and the client to schedule training sessions, managing training resources, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You ensure the client is informed of training and event support requirements, any potential changes to those requirements, and any conflicts with overlapping or simultaneous requirements.

You Have:
5 + years of experience with military training and training support operations
3+ years of experience with operations management
2+ years of experience with management of corporate projects or programs of similar size, scope, and complexity
2+ years of experience with military simulations
Experience as a former Battalion commander
Experience with the Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) and MTC operations
Secret clearance
Master’s degree
Nice If You Have:
5+ years of experience with military simulations
2+ years of experience in Army MTCs
Knowledge of Army training management
Top Secret clearance
Master’s degree in management, Business Administration or related discipline
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
