Description: The JAVELIN Joint Venture Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Team is looking for an experienced and self-motivated professional with a strong background in program finance.
What You Will Be Doing
This position is for a team lead for the Javelin Joint Venture on the Engineering Services (ESM) and Life Cycle Contract Support (LCCS) product lines.
This position will be responsible for the following:
• Contributing to the training and development of junior analysts
• Coordinating with JV partner on deliverables
• Preparation of quarterly contract financial status positions (CSR)
• CDLR submittals to the USG to include CSDR 1921 Flex Files and EVMS requirements
• Monitoring and tracking program expenditures, highlighting issues / concerns / trends, and ensuring program financial commitments are met
• Interacting with our external JV partner as well as internal program and financial management personnel and ensuring alignment with company and program processes and procedures
• Prepare, analyze, and report/present program level financial performance to program and F&BO leadership
• Support Ad Hoc financial analysis requests from internal and external customers.
This position will be part-time remote with Tue/Wed in office.
For a level 4, we typically require 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
