Description:Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services seeking an Industrial Security Professional Associate / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join the security team in Orlando, FL.
What You Will Be Doing As the CPSO associate you will perform program security duties supporting multiple special access programs as well as collateral efforts. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to:
• All aspects of security to include personnel, physical, technical, and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in Department of Defense Manual 5205.07, Volumes 1-4 and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and others as applicable.
• Completing Program Access Requests (PAR), classified meeting support, program management support, and security education.
• This position is entry level

Global Diversity and Inclusion.Basic Qualifications:• Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705.
• Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.
• Change management experience and process-discipline skillsets.
This position also requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within a sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin to meet its business needs.
Desired Skills:Knowledge of JADE, DISS, SIMS, and security clearances. Understanding and knowledge of DoD policies.
A self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
