Description:We are Lockheed Martin You will be the Senior Manager on the Air Vehicle team for an ADP program responsible for driving execution while managing cost, schedule, and technical delivery of multiple development efforts, which will provide critical new capabilities to the warfighter.

As the Senior Manager you will be responsible for maintaining the alignment of the air vehicle team’s activities across a broad and complex program environment with a diverse group of stakeholders. Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Program requires leading across multiple sites with travel as required.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop and execute program plans meeting contractual commitments
• Coordinate with Air Vehicle leaders, Production Operations, Supply Chain Management, Program Management and other departments to ensure the Air Vehicle team meets technical/cost/schedule commitments
• Manage and Lead supplier development efforts to deliver on-time, compliant products
• Interface with Customer counterparts to ensure customer satisfaction and end-user objectives are achieved
• Lead the preparation of proposals, work statements and specifications, budgets and financial terms of contract
• Lead the team CAMs to manage material and labor control accounts, tracking Earned Value, explaining variances and projecting future efforts
• Communicate program status, challenges, successes, and help needed across the enterprise and up through executive leadership, both internally and with the customer

Basic Qualifications:
• Technical / Development Experience
• Multiple team / Integrated team leadership experience
• Program / Project Management experience
• Earned Value management experience
• Leadership experience working with, or for senior levels of Department of Defense
• Program Management experience on complex programs involving Department of Defense Systems.
• Experience in DoD Contracting and Negotiating
• Active Top Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Prior experience on Advanced Development programs
• Experience execution on fixed price program
• Demonstrated program management of development efforts
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Ability to manage, coach, train, and motivate team in technical and leadership development.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matter / solutions with senior leaders
• Current experience working SAP/SAR programs

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $140,400 - $269,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $161,500 - $304,300. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
