Job Summary and Qualifications
The Sustainability Data Analyst will assist the Environmental Sustainability team with key carbon emissions reporting functions including ensuring data integrity, performing variance analysis reviews, and assisting with utility reviews.
What you will do in this role:
- Support Capturis system data integrity with a focus on working system-generated exceptions over variances in data
- Ensure exceptions and variances flagged in Capturis are worked and corrected timely to ensure there are no inaccurate service costs and usage data recorded
- Ensure exceptions are corrected timely to ensure data integrity of HCA financial records
- Support periodic audits of utility data accuracy
- Performing analytics and ad hoc analysis to better monitor performance
- Work closely with key stakeholders to research and answer trends and results and to perform key internal control activities
- Maintain accurate account and site information to ensure integrity of Capturis data
- Support utility savings reviews over carbon reduction plans
- Participate in data analysis to ensure accurate data included on outward-facing PowerBI dashboards
- Performs other duties as assigned.

What qualifications you will need:
- High School Graduate, required
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Work hours are 8 to 16 per week
- Experience in environmental sustainability (focus on utilities) and/or financial reporting and data analysis, preferred
