Global Diversity & Inclusion.Who You AreThe MPM Program Integration role is responsible for the full AMMM Global Supply Chain (GSC) Integration
What You Will Be DoingSupporting buyers, leaders and most namely Program Managers with issue resolution related to over 10 International and FMS Production and Sustainment aircraft programs.
This includes but is not limited to required updates and briefs to Sub-Directorate Decks for the multiple programs with the most current information, coordination of ad-hoc proposals that do not run through the normal Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) process and participation in the Supplier Procurement Package Steering Committee (SPPSC) process. In addition, this role will be responsible for the following:
• Spearhead GSC customer indigenization activities for new suppliers, services and Alternate Repair Source (ARS) activities to be able to place Purchase Orders with Indian & Australian sources
• Attend SPPSCs and occasionally review Supplier Statements of Work - not for technical content
• Support Independent Non-Advocate Review / Baseline Review / Program Assessment Review as Presenter for AMMM / or serve on Review Teams for non AMMM Programs
• Maintain tracking of Customer Navigational Database subscription services for ordering prior to expiration
• Serve as AMMM GSC Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) coordinator ensuring follow-up with buyers and Materials & Process (M&P) Engineering on open items and working to closure.
• Coordinate and complete AMMM Export Control on new license requests and renewals in International Trade Compliance Organization (ITCO) ECLPS System
• Review Buyer RF280/RF281/F350 forms for International Procurement
• Coordinate the flow of non-production requests (NPR) to support customer programs
• Identifying program Risk and integrating with Program Management to mitigate and track to closure
• Special Delegations of Authority process coordinator, processing on behalf of Lockheed Martin Global Inc. (LMGI), LM-Canada, LM Overseas Corporation (LMOSC), etc.

Basic Qualifications:
• 7 years or more of International procurement experience
• Experience presenting in-person and virtually to an audience at all levels
• Agile work habits
• Proven track record of completing projects and work assignments thoroughly and on-time
• Proficiency in GSC procurement procedures, LMAPs, Aero Codes, Corporate Policy Statements Corp Docs / Terms & Conditions, PIAs and how to locate quickly in LM systems
• Advanced Excel Experience
• Previous experience presenting at and participating as a reviewer for INAR / BR / PAR Teams
• Experience working with M&P Engineering with an Understanding of European Union REACH requirements
• Export Control Compliance experience, specifically working ITCO/ECLPS
• Corporate Business Acumen: Foreign Currency subject matter expert (SME) with Corporate Treasury for hedging, Foreign Tax liaison with Corporate Tax SME
• Familiarity with SPPSC Process
Desired Skills:
• Organization skills including strong record keeping of historical or infrequent tasks / processes
• Familiarity with Corporate Treasury / foreign currency / hedging requirements
• Familiarity with in-country indigenization efforts – reasons, processes, etc.
• Familiarity with Offset / Industrial Regional Benefits requirements
• Understanding of when Special Delegation of Authority is required – for LMGI. LM Canada, LM-OSC, etc.
• Familiarity with GSC Proposal Team process & Program ECPs / EPPs
• Understanding of REACH requirements specific to countries / CorpDocs flow down / Third Party Providers

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
