About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate in Consumer Lending as part of Wells Fargo Auto to support the Auto Product Development and Innovation Team. As part of the Business Configuration & Rules Management support team, you will support multiple applications used within Servicing and Originations. Day to day tasks may include gathering requirements to conduct analysis, design, validation, and implementation system configuration changes. In addition, a candidate can expect to document and communicate procedures and system functionality from technical language to plain business language and vice versa. Work independently or with team on deliverables which can change based on need. The Business Execution Associate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups. In this role, you will:- Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
- Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications:- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience with Gherkin syntax
- Proficiency acting as a liaison between technical design staff and business requester to ensure all requirements are met
- Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
- Proficiency leading the requirements process with both technical and business partners
- Familiarity translating business requirements into technical requirements
- Ability to translate complex technical needs into straightforward requests for information and collaboration, working with a wide range of people
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
- Knowledge and understanding of project implementation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
- Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally
- Experience fostering relationships with business units
- Ability to provide strong customer service while balancing the needs of clients, shareholders, and team members
- Demonstrates initiative and works independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge and understanding of auto finance applications
- Knowledge and understanding of technology server: system administration/configuration
- Leadership skills including coaching, training, and mentoring
- Experience in performing business configuration and/or system administration changes in Servicing applications
