Job Summary
The Manager, Indirect Retail will be part of the Xfinity Retail Marketing & Merchandising team. They will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of marketing communication and related field marketing materials in support of the Branded Partner, National Retail, and Comcast Authorized Retail sales channels. Reporting to the Senior Director, Indirect Retail, this position will execute marketing campaigns, messaging, creative, merchandising and go-to-market planning in addition to serving as the day-to-day marketing point of contact for the Branded Partner sales channel. The position requires strong relationship-building skills with Divisions and Regions to drive new store awareness, governance, and marketing solutions for Indirect Retail partners.
Candidate must possess strong communication and organizational skills, demonstrate flexibility to react to market changes, ability to problem solve and collaborate across a wide variety of stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidate should demonstrate an understanding of strategic marketing communications and brand-centric creative requirements to ensure high performing and on-brand creative output and consistent integration across all tactics.

Job Description
Branded Partner Responsibilities
- Identify marketing opportunities, gaps, and solutions
- Track Branded Partner new store awareness plans including creative, budget, and timing by partnering with Division and Region marketing, sales, and Branded Partner teams
- Assist in developing and managing governance process for Branded Partner co-operative marketing efforts
- Establish and communicate Branded Partner marketing best practices across Divisions and Regions
- Collaborate with in-store marketing team on merchandising process and store type requirements
- Serve as marketing point of contact for Branded Partner sales channel
National Retail & Comcast Authorized Dealers Responsibilities
- Support the National Retail expansion pilots and growth with new business pitches and marketing support
- Manage the development, execution, and go-to-market planning of marketing toolkits and related field marketing materials, inclusive of Division acquisition offers
- Develop and maintain evergreen Xfinity merchandising for Comcast Authorized Dealers and support quarterly promotional campaigns in store
- Manage the development of creative, budget, and timeline with internal and external creative partners and print vendors to ensure timely delivery and best-in-class execution
- Develop thorough marketing campaign briefs rooted in research, proven go-to-market strategies, top-performing messaging, and the needs/priorities of the business
- Work closely with Brand and Legal to ensure compliance of all communications
- Identify vendor resources, plan for expansion, and scalability for new programs
Qualifications:
- B.A. in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related field
- 5-7 years of marketing experience; experience partnering with sales channels a plus
- Experience in the development of advertising campaigns, project management and, agency management
- Excellent written/verbal communications skills and presentation skills
