The Leidos National Security Sector is thrilled to announce our recent win of a large contract providing technical, engineering and system administration services in support of an exciting and interesting customer mission. We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the team in Columbia, MD.
Job Summary and responsibilities
This role will require a detail oriented, organized, self-starter who enjoys working with both contractor and government technical staff and/or senior management.
- Assists in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the work of personnel in charge of task orders and/or integrated product teams
- Assists in developing management plans and preparing management/cost performance reports.
- Provides technical expertise to coordinate project activities such as work package drafting and coordination, work breakdown structure management; coordinates travel, meetings, briefings and other activities necessary for the effective execution of program management tasks.
Track Action "library" (100s of items).
Coordinates travel, meetings, briefings, assist with onboarding
Master task list lead responsible for tracking and following through on action items

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline and four (4) years' related experience supporting large scale programs of over $5M a year. Experience should consist of coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities. In lieu of Bachelor's Degree an additional four (4) years' experience is required for a total of eight (8) years experience.
Experience supporting program activities using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Two (2) years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity / customer is highly desired.
Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand technical interactions
Ability to collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams

Pay Range:
Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00
