Job Summary
The Business Operations Intern will support the entire Wings front office across a diverse set of projects and initiatives. Candidates can expect to have an active role with multiple departments including game presentation, digital/social content, community relations, and corporate partnerships.
With a front row seat to the broader Comcast Spectacor ecosystem, this individual will gain a deep and broad understanding of what it takes to win both on and off the field, turf, ice, and court.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Provide input on game presentation concepts and support the logistical coordination and execution of various elements and activations on game days.
- Identify and develop external collaboration opportunities and partners in support of theme night concepts.
- Assist with capturing various team and business content for publication on team’s social media channels
- Coordinate logistics and ensure efficient communication with various community partners, schools, and charitable partners
- Represent the organization at a variety of local events in various capacities
- Actively participate in the development and fulfillment of various corporate partnership deals and related activities
- Regular, Consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
