Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a mid career Systems Integration and Test Engineer candidate to join our team based out of King of Prussia, PA. This position is in the C4ISR market segment supporting United States Air Force and Navy programs specializing in software and systems engineering under the Weapons Platform Integration organization.
What You Will Be Doing:
Utilize your strong problem solving, technical writing, and communication skills focused on supporting in the the United States Air Force's JASSM Enterprise Management System (JEMS), Operational Real-Time Combat Analysis (ORCA) and JASSM SMART-Sync programs.
Perform test engineering tasks such as writing and executing manual test cases.
Create discrepancy (bug) reports that detail how the software does not satisfy the intended design.
Collaborate with team members for bug closeout and resolution.
Support systems engineering task areas to include use case development, requirements analysis/management, risk management, systems engineering documentation, CONOPS development, trade studies, and data analysis.
Contribute to various test and system engineering documents requiring strong technical writing skills and an understanding of system and software engineering principles.
The person who takes this role must have a secret clearance to start the role and must be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.

Basic Qualifications:- Proven experience with performing Software Integration and Test Tasks
- Experience with test case generation and test execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related STEM degree, Or equivalent experience
- Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:- Experience with Requirements Development, Analysis or Management
- Familiarity with Developing System Requirements, Interfaces, or Architectures using Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) tools
- Familiarity with Integration and Test of Web Applications
- Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) using Python or Java
- Experience with Test Automation processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to solve complex technical problems

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $94,500 - $178,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $82,200 - $157,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
