Sales Growth Development Rep
As a Sales Growth Development Rep, you will be responsible for working with the Sales Manager and the Territory Executives in driving sales growth, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Your role will involve assisting in and in some cases fully managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. We are looking for a highly driven and positive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales Manager to develop and execute business plans to achieve growth, of MRR and Services.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, partnerships and most importantly cold calling to set appointments for Territory Managers
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients, understanding their business needs and pain points.
- Present our products/services to potential clients, demonstrating how they can address clients' specific needs and provide value.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through quarterly touch points, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Assist in building quotes, negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
- Keep updated records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience in similar sales role.
2. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and quotas.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close deals.
5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
6. Ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
10. Ability to achieve MS-900 within 90 days
