As an Electrical Engineer at MFC, you will join one of the largest networks of engineering professionals, implementing cutting edge technologies on both existing and new development platforms. What You Will Be Doing
As an Electrical Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- EDM System Management & MBCCA Champion
- Administer and maintain the Enterprise Data Management system, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and collaborate with IT teams to optimize data management processes.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, including executives, managers, and other users, to communicate performance metrics, trends, and insights.
- Develop, manage, and improve customized workflows within the EDM system, including coordinating with multiple disciplines to ensure adequate dataflow.
- Provide technical support to EDM users, including responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions (FAQs), troubleshooting guides, and other resources to support user self-service, adoption, and proficiency within the EDM environment.
It is possible that travel will be required to both customer and supplier sites. It is possible that travel will be both within and outside the Continental United States (CONUS). Candidates filling this position will need a US citizen and will need a clearance at the level specified in “Clearance Level” or will need the ability to get a clearance if not specified. Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Administrator, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data quality concepts.
• Familiarity with EDM systems and data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft).
• Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data architecture.
• Experience with data cleansing, profiling, and data transformation techniques.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and data security best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
