THE WORKAnalyst will provide financial oversight as finance lead for the MK21A FUZE Development Contract with LM Space Systems. This person will work with Program Management, CAMs, Planning & Finance Management to ensure the program meets its financial commitments as well as contractual deliverables.
Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Ensures EVM and financial information is accurate and compliant to Program Performance Management Process (PPMP) guidelines
- Ensures Estimate at Complete (EAC) is realistic and reflects the latest scope of work
- Provides financial status, guidance and assistance to Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Program Managers for responsible contract scope
- Preparation & Review of monthly Integrated Program Management Data & Analysis Report (IPMDAR)
- Preparation & Review of monthly Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR)
- Support other market segment programs as required

Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business-related field
- Self-motivated with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Proficiency with Cobra
- Proficiency with LM Financial Systems (SAP & Hyperion)
- Knowledge of quarterly Contract Status Review and Long Range Plan processes related to Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash and Base forecasting / planning
- Ability to interact and communicate with positive impact with senior leadership in the organization
Desired Skills:-Master’s Degree
-Prior experience working development programs
-Prior experience authoring IPMRs/IPMDARs

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
