About this role:Wells Fargo HR Information Technology - Reporting and Analytics provides reporting resources that partner closely with the HR Data Analytics Reporting Services team to provide insights via BI reporting products for Wells Fargo HR. We are currently seeking a BI Report Developer to help support and develop existing dashboard products. We are looking for someone with experience in creating business insights using PowerBI and/or Tableau.
In this role, you will:- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and projects associated with the Human Resources domain, including development, deployment, training, and support of reporting dashboards.
- Identify opportunities for service quality and availability improvements within the Human Resources reporting teams, through testing and review of business intelligence dashboards.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for low to moderately complex projects and programs associated with business intelligence reporting products
- Review and analyze technical assignments or challenges that are related to low to medium risk reporting deliverables and that require research, and evaluation in partnership with the Human Resources reporting teams
- Present recommendations for resolving issues or may escalate issues as needed to meet established service level agreements
- Exercise some independent judgment while also developing understanding of given HR and technology domains in reference to security and compliance requirements
- Provide information to business and technology colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ year experience with PowerBI or Tableau report design and development
Desired Qualifications:- Power Apps and Power Platform experience
- Workday Report Writing experience
- Human Resources domain knowledge
Job Expectations:- Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$30.58 - $54.33
