Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $70,000–$75,000 per year for new drivers, potential to earn up to
$125,000 long-term
Overview:
Join our team as a regional CDL-A Driver specializing in no-touch reefer
freight. We offer a dedicated route delivering Smithfield Food and Meats,
excellent earning potential, and flexibility in parking locations.
Job Highlights:
* No-touch reefer freight.
* Regional routes with 3–5 overnight stays per week.
* Dedicated routes within 250–300 miles of Boonville, MO, covering MO, IA, NE,
and KS.
* Monday through Friday schedule with optional weekend work.
* Trucks are domiciled in Boonville, MO but parking at home is allowed.
* Drive Peterbilt sleepers (1–4 years old) with manual transmissions.
* Competitive pay at 25% of load (equivalent to $0.60–$0.70 cpm).
Requirements:
* Valid Class A CDL.
* At least 23 years old with 2+ years of CDL-A driving experience.
* Ability to pass DOT, MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, drug test, and physical.
Compensation:
* New drivers: $70,000–$75,000 annually.
* Long-term drivers: Up to $125,000 per year.
