This position is located at Eglin AFB in Fort
Walton Beach, Florida, and will support the F-35
Lightning II Program. This position will perform
duties as a Security Generalist and will
be responsible for security support of classified
and unclassified areas of the F-35 Integrated
Training Center (ITC) and / or F-35 Fighter Squadrons.
Duties will include, but are not limited to: assist
instructors, students and visitors using facilities;
operate badging and access control systems;
monitor security camera systems; perform
random searches; enforce all USAF and local
security procedures and practices including
controlling access to secure facilities, handling
and storage of classified documents and
electronic media, and monitoring compliance
with COMSEC and COMPUSEC (act as COMSEC /
SVRO Custodian as needed); provide assistance
with file plans and documentation maintenance
in classified containers; change combinations
and generate SF 700s; assist in self inspections
and prepare for customer inspections; perform
and document vault alarm tests; assist in security investigations; assist in providing
training and scheduling of Level 1 Security Generalists in
specified locations; and escort un-cleared
personnel within classified areas. Security Generalists will be hired to support either first, second or third shift
operations to include weekends as the need
arises. While assigned shifts should be stable,
applicants may be required to change shifts, if
necessary, to support mission requirements.
Basic Qualifications:1. Experience providing oversight to multi-functions of security.
2. Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation Closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.
3. Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
4. Excellent written and verbal skills.
5. Industrial and/or military security experience.
6. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.
7. Ability to establish and maintain professional and productive relationships with internal and external customers.
Desired Skills:1.) Experience working on the F-35 Program.
2.) Knowledge of ICD 705 Physical Security knowledge.
3.) Previous SAP experience & knowledge of DoD 5205.07.
4.) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
5.) Ability to multi-task and work in a team setting achieving common goals.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
