As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor for Lockheed Martin’s J830 Final Assembly Systems Checkout team, you will play an essential role in overseeing and coordinating production activities for the F-35 Moving Line & Final Assembly. Your leadership will be key in ensuring efficient operations and meeting production goals for one of the most advanced aircraft in the world.
What You Will Be Doing• Production Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities to meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including unionized workforce members, to ensure smooth production processes and resolve any issues.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs within the Final Assembly Systems Checkout.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards, fostering a culture of safety and compliance on the production floor.

• Experience using tools, machines, &/or systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality).
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel).
Desired Skills:• Working knowledge of Manufacturing Systems including, PDM, MRP, SFM, and EWI.
• Previous development experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
