As a Manufacturing Support Team Member for Lockheed Martin’s F-35 Moving Line & Final Assembly in Fort Worth, TX, you will play a key role in supporting production operations across a range of manufacturing and business functions. Your expertise will contribute to Lockheed Martin's goal of delivering high-quality aircraft efficiently and on schedule.
What You Will Be Doing• Production Support: Engage in cross-functional activities that support production planning and control, quality management, material management, and process reengineering.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with self-directed work teams, providing guidance and training in core skill areas to enhance team productivity and cohesion.
• Customer Interaction: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address product planning, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions effectively.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
