Overview:
As the Bell Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the
Bell Desk
operations for the hotel. You will supervise and train Bellpersons and valet staff to ensure that guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they depart.
Responsibilities:
Duties of the Bell Captain will include greeting guests, assisting with luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and coordinating transportation. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Bell Desk and storage areas, as well as managing inventory and equipment.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel related field preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Any position required to drive company or guest vehicles will be subjected to pre-employment and random drug testing.
