This program immerses students into the daily operation of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast’s top innovators. The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.

What are some interesting problems the student will work on?
Assist in creating strategic incentives to help drive sales performance. This will require them to work across multiple functions such as retail leadership, operations, and finance. Work on content creation such as flyers to market the incentive, presentations for sales rallies, live broadcasts, and training programs.
Where can this student make an impact?
The student can make the biggest impact in helping optimize our recruiting and hiring process by helping support the Senior Retail Development Manager with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding. This will have a positive impact in enhancing our employee experience, delivering a positive customer experience, and help increase sales performance across all 40 company owned retail stores.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating the customer’s potential product needs, and making appropriate recommendations.
- Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
- Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements.
- Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
- Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
- Contributing to a fun and competitive environment! We aim to connect our products and services to our customer’s everyday lifestyles.
- Assist in supporting our recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
- Collaborate with retail leaders to help create content and deliver training to company owned retail store employees.
- Work with our retail operations team to help manage expenses and budgets.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
- Rising Junior only (must have a graduation date Spring 2027)
- Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2025 semester before graduating)
- Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 2 through August 15, 2025
- Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
- Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Salary:
Base Pay: $26.00
