Director, Privileged Access Management
What does a successful Director of Privileged Access Management do at Fiserv?
You will work under the Vice President of Privileged Access Engineering to plan, conduct and establish a functional vision for PAM assignments and will be primarily responsible for delivery and buildout of a Privileged Access ecosystem. You will also lead the onshore Privilege Access Management Team to ensure deliverables are met within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
What you will do:
- Direct their team to provide operational excellence and support and collaborates with peer managers on IAM planning and build teams to maintain an ongoing IAM strategy
- Maintain a production environment addressing the needs of the business and provide best in class services by affectively managing incidents, service requests, change and problem management processes for service areas
- Troubleshoot issues and engage in the process for root cause analysis and support application integrations issues, working closely with development groups, business liaison teams, operations staff, security groups and technology administration groups on all activities related to application integrations and system enhancements
- Prepare and maintains documentation including SOPs, runbooks, resiliency plans & incident response materials and communicate and handle scheduled & unscheduled service interruptions
- Participate in the definition of metrics and service levels and provide a daily health check status on all systems including number of incidents, tickets closed, system outages, etc.
- Create detailed artifacts for system maintenance, configurations, and ad-hoc server patching and participate in development, testing, implementation and support of all enhancements to the systems, services and technologies
- Guide associates on troubleshooting techniques in both cloud and on-premises enterprise technology and automate processes where required or identified and maintains concepts of continuous improvements in both support operations and associate knowledge
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis
- Experience with privileged access controls from a user experience perspective
What would be great to have:
- 1+ years’ experience interfacing with Corporate Audit and External Audit functions for regulatory compliance
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISA, CISSP and CyberArk certifications – CDE, Sentry, Defender
