Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Media Sales will play a critical role in accelerating the growth of our advertising sales team, with a focus on driving digital revenue through the direct sale of our portfolio of ad products, including, but not limited to: programmatic, display, sponsorship/social, custom content, audio, and short form video. The Senior Manager of Media Sales is responsible for acting as a partnership leader between Lowe's Media Network, other internal Lowe's teams, media agencies, DSPs, and advertisers. The Senior Manager of Media Sales will leverage an in-depth knowledge of the digital and programmatic ecosystem along with strong organizational, analytical and project management skills to identify sales opportunities for account growth while providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
•Drives advertising sales growth through cultivating partnerships and identifying & pitching new business opportunities with Lowe’s existing brand partners
•Build category and client account plans that understand client needs, identify opportunities to develop creative solutions, and leverage in-depth data analysis to form and deliver actionable recommendations for both short- and long-term advertising strategy for clients that encompass both paid media and shopper marketing budgets
•Owns, manages, and develops relationships with clients and agencies through routine communication; actively grow industry relationships to gain marketplace intelligence
•Activates advanced account mapping of large-scale enterprise accounts and vendor base of advertisers and media agencies to accelerate revenue growth, expand depth and width of where investment dollars come from (Shopper, Trade, National budgets)
•Drives overall category sales strategy, balancing performance and growth initiatives. Work with sales management to craft and deliver compelling sales presentations and execute sales calls with agency planning/buying groups and clients to secure business
•Partners with the Lowe’s Merchant organization to drive overall client sales and engagement with Lowe’s, inclusive of Lowe’s Media Network along with larger Lowe’s objectives
•Provides pipeline analysis to track sales opportunities against quarterly and annual goals
•Becomes a knowledgeable partner and advocate for Lowe’s Advertising solutions, both internally and within the advertising marketplace
•Manages mid-size and large-scale enterprise accounts from pre-sale through post-sale analysis, leads overall client and category strategy as well as media effectiveness analysis for future investments. Owns top level and high complexity as well as high dollar volume book of business
•Educates advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to drive greater results
•Leads either individual contributor sellers or larger cross functional workstreams to stand up new business initiatives for the vertical. This position manages overall client satisfaction improvement work streams
•This position manages/supervises people
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or Business and 7 Years Progressive experience in omni-channel advertising sales, digital advertising (display, video, CTV, search, social), and experiential marketing
•5-7 Years Experience with programmatic strategies and data sales, media sales and delivering on quota expectations
•3-5 Years Leadership experience
•Proven track record of delivering sales and client service results (including revenue targets) that significantly contribute to advertiser revenue growth
•Extensive knowledge of the digital media environment, advertising and marketing trends, and the technology & agency landscape
•Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
•Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills
Preferred Qualifications:
•8-10 Years Direct digital client management experience

Pay Range: $111,200.00 - $185,400.00 annually
